How to use

Cold therapy: Fill the bag two-thirds with ice or cold water, close the cap tightly, and apply to the desired area for 20-30 minutes. Wrap the bag in a towel to protect the skin.

Hot therapy: Fill the bag two-thirds with warm water (max. 60°C), close tightly, and apply for 15-20 minutes. Do not heat in the microwave.
